Son Ye Jin will return as the world’s most brilliant and dazzling 39-year-old woman.
Thirty, Nine revolves around the romance and everyday lives of three women on the verge of turning 40. The show is heightening anticipation with its star-studded cast line-up, including Son Ye Jin (Cha Mi Jo), Jeon Mi Do (Jeong Chan Young), and Kim Ji Hyun (Jang Joo Hee).
Today, the production team released the still photos of Son Ye Jin, who plays Cha Mi Jo, a dermatologist with her own clinic in Gangnam.
Raised in a wealthy and happy family, Cha Mi Joo grew up to be a well-rounded lady with a just mind that doesn’t compromise with injustice and the wisdom of expressing her opinion clearly. Additionally, she doesn’t know much about classical music, but she loves Rachmaninoff piano concerto enough to find the concerts. Playing golf is another passion of hers, enough to plan to study abroad during her sabbatical.
However, she gives up this sabbatical that she’s been looking forward to dearly for her friends Jeong Chan Young and Jang Joo Hee. Together, they’ll spend the last year of their thirties in a special way.
From a gentle smile as a doctor to a child-like innocence, the photos show a glimpse into Cha Mi Joo’s charms brought to life by Son Ye Jin. The actress will express the life of a 39-year-old woman filled with joy, sorrow, anger, and regret.
