[Weekly TV Top 10] The Start of the Ratings Battle: ‘Yumi’s Cells,’ ‘One the Woman’ & ‘The Veil’

Drama Ranking for the 3rd Week of September

tvN’s Hospital Playlist 2 painted out the happy ending of all the couples of 99s, finishing in the first place. Viewers left comments such as “I can’t let it go,” “Even the OST was perfect,” and “I want to keep watching this kind drama.” Naturally, viewers’ attention is focusing on the new variety show Mountain Village Life Playlist, starring the cast and producer Na Young Seok.

tvN’s Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is cruising in 2nd place. Attention focused on the love triangle between Shin Min Ahn, Kim Seon Ho, and Lee Sang Yi, putting Lee Sang Yi’s name on the popular cast ranking. In addition, the series is consistently staying in the TOP Show 10 on the streaming ranking site Flixpatrol.

Yumi’s Cells, The Veil, and One the Woman, which all premiered on the 17th, all ranked on the chart. tvN’s Yumi’s Cells started off at No. 4. The flawless harmony between animation produced with professional voice actors and live-action was well received. MBC’s highly-anticipated The Veil debuted at No. 5. While viewers poured out praises over Namgoong Min’s passionate performance, Park Ha Sun’s styling and blood-covered scenes got negative reactions. SBS’s One the Woman ranked at No. 6 by a narrow margin. Lee Ha Nee’s well-rounded comic acting was pleasantly received.
