BTS’ “Butter” spends a tenth week at No. 1 on the Billboard’s main singles chart, Hot 100.

On August 2nd (local time), Billboard officially announced that BTS’ digital single “Butter” came in at No. 1 on its latest Hot 100 chart for the ninth week. As a result, “Butter” became the longest-leading hit of this year, beating Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License.”

The seven-week streak of “Butter” has set the fantastic record being only interrupted by their own song “Permission to Dance” for one week as per the chart on July 24th.

The Billboard quoted MRC Data (formerly Nielsen Music) and explained that “Butter” racked up 112,900 downloads, 8.1 million streams, and attracted 30.5 million radio listeners in the United States according to the weekly tally by July 29th.
