Yoo Jae Suk revealed that Song Ji Hyo‘s guest appearance on Family Outing played a big role in her Running Man casting.
In the latest Running Man episode, members enjoyed the “Talk Hell: The Day of Slaughter” race. For the mission, they had to talk nonstop, or they would be given penalties. So, the members started pouring out all kinds of behind-the-scenes stories.
In particular, Yoo Jae Suk talked about how the current members were already the top choice from the planning stage of Running Man.
Then about Song Ji Hyo, he shared, “When she guest appeared on Family Outing, I told her to go into the room and rest since she looked tired. So she went in but didn’t come out even when the filming resumed.” He continued, “And we found her in the next room sleeping and snoring. Because of that, she became our first choice,” getting a big laugh.
