BLACKPINK retained the top spot in NEW K.ID’s Weekly Chart. The 4 member K-Pop group successfully finished their first virtual concert, ‘THE SHOW’. ‘THE SHOW’ was live-streamed through BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel on January 31st and started with BLACKPINK’s hit songs medley. Furthermore, the concert included not only songs from ‘THE ALBUM’ but also the highly anticipated solo track from Rosé. This was their first concert in a year following the pandemic and the fans finally got to see BLACKPINK’s amazing performance once again. Currently known BLACKPINK ‘THE SHOW’ membership members are 280K with subscribers for BLACKPINK’s YouTube channel also increasing after the event.

Coming in at #2 is ITZY. ITZY released an exclusive performance video through MTV’s YouTube channel. The 7 minutes video shows ITZY performing two of their most popular songs, ‘Not Shy’ and ‘WANNABE’ on a never seen stage and sounds. The video that was released on January 31st already gained more than 2.4 million views on YouTube. ITZY is also expected to release an original ITZY content titled ‘IT’z PLAYTIME with ITZY’ on hello 82’s YouTube channel on February 8th.
TREASURE, ranked at #5, teased a release of their latest ‘2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’. YG Entertainment’s super rookie, TREASURE released four teaser images of the upcoming WELCOMING. With three members in each of the teaser image, fans are excited to see how the members will show their charm in other unreleased images. There is no concrete announcement on the release date of the collection, but it is expected to release soon.
At #6 is WINNER. WINNER’s KANG SEUNG YOON is releasing his first-ever official solo album this coming March. WINNER’s talent and management agency, YG Entertainment, announced that KANG SEUNG YOON finished recording his album and is waiting to film the music video. There is huge excitement surrounding fans over this album that KANG SEUNG YOON wrote and produced.
