Actress Song Ji Eun will join hands with MAGIQ Entertainment as she starts a full-fledged acting career.
MAGIQ Entertainment revealed on the 18th in an official press release, “We signed an exclusive contract with Song Ji Eun, a former member of the girl group Secret. We will not hesitate to support her as an artist of various fields, as she proved her capabilities as both singer and actress.”
Consequently, Song Ji Eun is now under the same roof as Seo Hyo Rim, Nam Da Reum, Lee Jae Kyun, Lisa, and Kim So Jung. As MAGIQ Entertainment covers many musical actors as well as actors who are active on small screens, expectations are high for Song Ji Eun’s future activities.
After debuting in 2009 as a member of Secret, Song Ji Eun was recognized for her stable acting skills and range by appearing as a lead in dramas such as Drawing Spring, The Superman Age, Sweet Home, Sweet Honey, and My Secret Romance. Recently, she made a special appearance in Melting Me Softly, demonstrating her short but strong presence.
Song Ji Eun reported through her agency, “I am very happy and reassured to have a new family, MAGIQ, especially while I wanted to take on a wider path as an actress. I will work hard to improve and deliver good news, as now I have a family who shares healthy values and passion.”
