TWICE has unveiled their first group photos for their second full-length album, Eyes wide open.
At midnight KST on Oct. 12, TWICE released three fashion pictorial-like teaser photos for their upcoming album Eyes wide open, raising expectations to the fullest. In these photos, TWICE showed off their dazzling visuals in a garden full of colorful flowers, and also created a chic mood not seen in their previous albums, heralding a renewed TWICE.
What caught the most attention is the fact that the colorful teaser where members are surrounded by flowers is quite similar to the teaser photo for MORE & MORE.
JYP answered this curiosity by stating that it’s a “STORY Teaser.” Since this upcoming album tells the story after MORE & MORE, the overall structure of the photo, even the way members are positioned, stayed the same.
TWICE’s upcoming title track ‘I CAN’T STOP ME’ was revealed to be a synthwave song that mixes sounds from European electronic music and 80s American synth music. Melanie Joy Fontana and Michel’ Lindgren’ Schulz, who both worked with the leading pop stars, produced the song. The group also announced the collaboration with Dua Lipa, drawing keen attention.
TWICE’s second full-length album, Eyes wide open, will be released on Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. KST.
