Earlier on August 25, a media outlet reported that Son Ye Jin is coordinating the details after getting an offer from the drama Cut by the Heart (literal translation). However, according to Son Ye Jin’s agency MSTeam Entertainment stated, “It’s one of the scripts she received, and nothing has been decided.”
Meanwhile, Cut by the Heart is known to be a story of Pyung Kang, who used On Dal’s heart with a dream of becoming the King, and the mournful love of On Dal, who sacrificed everything. If Son Ye Jin confirms her appearance, then it will be her first historical drama on the small screen since 2002 drama The Great Ambition.
