How Did Jo Kwon’s Parents React After Seeing His Performances in Musical ‘Everybody’s Talking About Jamie’?

Jo Kwon shared his parents’ reactions after watching his musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.

On July 17, Jo Kwon and Choi Jung Won’s interview about musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie was featured in the latest episode of KBS2’s Entertainment Weekly Live (literal translation).

Jo Kwon said, “I invited my parents on the first day. But my mother started crying from my first appearance. I met them after the concert ended in the backstage, and as soon as they saw me, they said, ‘My daughter is the best.’”

Meanwhile, 2AM’s Jo Kwon, NU’EST’s Ren, ASTRO’s MJ, and Shin Joo Hyup is currently playing the role of Jamie. Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is scheduled to run from July 4 to September 11 at LG Arts Center in Gangnam.
