Indian fans demanded an apology from BLACKPINK, who made their big comeback with “How You Like That” on June 25.
According to Republic World, the Indian Media, Indian fans are enraged of how Lord Ganesha Idol was treated in their new music video.

The part they took issue with is Lisa’s rap part, which comes out from 1:13 to 1:26 in the music video. The scene shows the Ganapati idol on the floor. Lisa can also be seen wearing shoes around the idol, which is not appreciated in Indian culture.
Many people took up the hashtag #MyCultureIsNotYourAesthetic to speak on the issue while also demanding an apology from the makers.
