Actor Lee Seung Gi will make a comeback with tvN’s new drama Mouse (literal translation).

Lee Seung Gi has confirmed his appearance in tvN’s new drama Mouse, which is scheduled to air in the first half of 2021.

Mouse is a story that starts with the question of “What would you do if you learn that your unborn baby is going to be a psychopath?” It was written by Choi Ran, who wrote Iljimae, God’s Gift: 14 Days, and Black.

In the drama, Lee Seung Gi will play Jung Ba Reum, an upright young man who stands up against injustice as a police officer. Jung Ba Reum is destined to shift his life entirely after a confrontation with a natural-born psychopath killer who terrorized the entire nation. Lee Seung Gi, who is said to have opened a new chapter in the Korean-style action genre with Vagabond, will present a whole new side of him with Mouse that deals with psychopaths.

The production team said, “‘Mouse’ presents a unique material and totally different use of psychopaths. Please look forward to the transformation of Lee Seung Gi through Jung Ba Reum.”
