The upcoming action film Prisoner (literal translation), in which Oh Ji Ho and Julien Kang met for the first time, has confirmed its release in July and released the first poster.
Prisoner is an action film that revolves around a detective who participates in the prison fight club after chasing a criminal who killed his fiance into the prison.
The main poster is reminiscent of the poster for the UFC fights. The charismatic appearances of the fighters who participate in the fight club are shown, adding to the expectations.
The most eye-catching thing is the powerful “fighter-like” actors. The perfect abs of Oh Ji Ho, who mostly starred in familiar dramas recently such as Liver or Die and Never Twice, heralds his perfect comeback to the action genre.
Also, the appearances of Julien Kang, the brother of MMA fighter Denis Kang, and Jo Woon, who drew attention for playing the villain in HITMAN: AGENT JUN, catch the eye. Now that the movie has taken off its veil, it is raising expectations by introducing actors’ different personalities and martial arts skills.
