Singer NATTY heralded her solo debut.
On April 24, NATTY released her debut intro film along with the title of her new single “NINETEEN” on her official SNS channels.
The debut intro film contains NATTY’s narrative in a form of an interview. After mentioning her appearance in Idol School, an audition program, she honestly confessed how she enjoyed the stage despite being young and the moments she wanted to give up on her dreams.
“As I grew up, I noticed that other’s standards became my standards, and I thought that wasn’t like me,” she said. “Whenever I wanted to give up, I received a lot of help from people around me. I got a lot of help from myself, too. The thought of wanting to keep challenging is what kept me going.”
At the end, she touched the hearts of fans who long waited for her by saying, “Now I really want to show who I really am. At this very moment, Nineteen. I’m 19 years old NATTY.”
NATTY’s debut single NINETEEN will be released at 6:00 p.m. on May 7 KST.
