Girls’ Generation Yuri’s Brother Kwon Hyuk Jun Sentenced to 10 Years In Prison

The brother of Girls’ Generation Yuri, Kwon Hyuk Jun is facing 10 years in prison after the prosecution has requested for him to get the heaviest prison sentence among the group of sexual assaulters involved in the trial.

The prosecution’s request was for the 5 individuals who were tried together for their crimes of gang rape and the filming/ distribution of sex videos. The individuals include Jung Joon Young, Choi Jonghoon, Kwon Hyuk Jun, Burning Sun MD “Kim”, and former entertainment agency employee “Heo”.

Kwon was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting an unconscious victim, and the final verdict is to be held at 11am on November 29th. He has admitted fault and hoped that the incident won’t harm his family. He has also sincerely apologized to his sister, Yuri’s, fans for causing trouble.
