ENHYPEN Sells 230,000 Copies of Their Debut Album on the First Day, and This Is Unrivaled No. 1 Record

ENHYPEN is dominating the K-pop scene with their comeback.

According to Hanteo Chart, ENHYPEN’s debut album Border: Day One landed at No. 1 on its Daily Album Sales Chart by selling 229,991 copies on the first day of its release. This figure is unrivaled No. 1 record in terms of sales on the first day.

ENHYPEN also showed excellent results in iTunes charts, proving themselves to be the most notable rookie in 2020. With their debut album, the group topped iTunes Top Album Charts in Japan and Lithuania and ranked in the Top 5 in 27 countries, including the United States, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Russia and India.

The title track “Given-Taken” surpassed 1 million views in just three hours and 20 minutes and has been on a steep rise, breaking 8 million views as of 12 p.m. KST. “Given-Taken” contains the complex emotions and strong aspirations of the seven members who have teamed up under the name of ENHYPEN after a long journey.

Meanwhile, the group will appear at 2020 MAMA, scheduled to be held on Dec 6.
