BLACKPINK member Jisoo’s older brother has become embroiled in controversy after being accused of sexual assault by a female livestream BJ, with both sides now giving sharply conflicting accounts of what allegedly happened that night.
According to a Dispatch report, Jisoo’s brother — hereinafter mentioned as “A” — met BJ “B” through livestream platform SOOP, formerly AfreecaTV.
Both sides agree on how the night began.
A reportedly spent 35,000 “star balloons” — virtual donations worth roughly 3.5 million KRW (approximately 2,400 USD) — during B’s livestream, earning a so-called “meal date.” The two later met at an izakaya on April 15th before eventually heading to A’s home.
B stated that A acted “very gentlemanly” during dinner and said there had been “no physical contact” beforehand. After eating and drinking at his home, the two moved to the living room couch — where their accounts completely diverge.
According to A, B walked alone into his bedroom first. “I naturally took that as a green light,” he reportedly said. But B strongly denied that interpretation, claiming A had become sleepy after taking zolpidem and that she only led him to bed so she could leave afterward.

The key issue in this case is consent.
A denied forcing any sexual activity, insisting the interaction was consensual and “natural.” He also claimed B “could have stopped things at any time.”
B, however, alleged that A became physically aggressive inside the bedroom.
“He kept pulling me toward him and forced me onto the bed when I tried to get up,” she claimed. During questioning, she reportedly escalated the allegation to rape, accusing A of pinning her down while attempting forced intercourse.
A denied the accusation and questioned parts of B’s account. “If I really assaulted her, why would she wash up afterward? That would destroy evidence,” he reportedly told Dispatch.
B countered that she only pretended to go along because she feared escalating the situation and wanted to buy time to safely report the incident.
A also alleged he was the victim of a planned setup, claiming B’s side already knew his identity and targeted him because he was “Jisoo’s brother.”
“They knew who I was,” he alleged, claiming B’s manager later appeared with police and recognized him immediately as “Jisoo’s brother.” He further argued that B had openly flirted with him during the date and voluntarily followed him home.
B pushed back strongly, saying she repeatedly told him to stop and later submitted a medical report documenting bruising injuries. “If this were about money, she wouldn’t have gone to the police,” her attorney stated, calling for an end to secondary victimization.
Meanwhile, A reportedly plans to pursue false accusation charges against B.
Police are currently investigating the case, with both sides maintaining completely opposing claims about what happened that night.
