Park Min Young and Wi Ha Jun are set to captivate viewers with dangerously intense chemistry in tvN’s new Monday–Tuesday drama Siren (literal title), premiering March 2nd.
Siren is a romance thriller that follows an insurance fraud investigator who begins obsessively digging into a woman suspected of being linked to a string of mysterious deaths. The more he uncovers, the deeper he’s pulled into a dangerous emotional trap.
Park Min Young stars as Han Seol A, a striking and provocative art auctioneer. She is the lead auctioneer and team head at Royal Auction, the country’s top art auction house. On the surface, she appears flawless and untouchable. Beneath that polished exterior, however, lies a chilling secret: every man who has ever loved her has died.
Opposite her, Wi Ha Jun plays Cha Woo Seok, an elite investigator with the Insurance Fraud Investigation Unit. Known for his razor-sharp instincts, Cha has led the industry in life-insurance fraud arrests for years. Devoted to catching those who turn human lives into money, he receives a tip one day that completely shakes his sense of reason—and points directly to Han Seol A.
As suspect and investigator become dangerously entangled, Siren promises a mix of suffocating tension and emotional pull. Viewers are left questioning whether Han Seol A is truly a lethal siren—luring men to their deaths with her beauty—or something far more complicated.
Anticipation is especially high for Park Min Young and Wi Ha Jun’s on-screen chemistry. Park recently earned praise for her performance in Marry My Husband, while Wi solidified his status as a romance lead through The Midnight Romance in Hagwon. Their pairing is expected to deliver another must-watch tvN hit.
Adding to the buzz, Siren is directed by Kim Cheol Gyu, known for his striking visual style in Flower of Evil and Celebrity, raising expectations for a polished, high-quality thriller. tvN’s Siren premieres on March 2nd.
