Netflix’s hit Physical: Asia is returning with a brand-new spin-off—Physical: Welcome to Mongolia.

The spin-off follows Mongolian captain Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan and Korea’s Kim Dong Hyun reuniting in Mongolia to keep the promise they made to each other. The cast includes Korea’s Kim Dong Hyun and Amotti, and Mongolia’s Orkhonbayar and Lkhagva Ochir (Ochir). With Physical: Asia becoming a national sensation in Mongolia, excitement for the spin-off is high.

The show features a full itinerary designed by Orkhonbayar himself, offering a “real Mongolian” experience—local hangouts, authentic restaurants, and places Mongolians actually visit. Viewers will also see his special training methods as a Mongolian Bökh wrestling champion, plus sweeping views of the vast grasslands where thousands of horses run free.

Ochir, a Cirque du Soleil performer and actor, will welcome the Korean team into his home and cook traditional Mongolian dishes. A surprise guest is also set to join, adding even more curiosity.

A teaser released on the 3rd through Netflix shows Kim Dong Hyun and Amotti video-chatting with Ochir ahead of the trip. “Orkhonbayar has planned something amazing—you can ride horses and try archery,” he says, inviting them to his home. The Korean team jokes about the short schedule: “Let’s stay up all 24 hours,” and “We’ll just sleep next year.”

With a lineup so full it can’t fit into a single day, the spin-off promises an energetic, truly local Mongolian trip and the special chemistry between both teams fans fell in love with.

Physical: Welcome to Mongolia features four episodes. Episodes 1–2 debut on the 24th, and Episodes 3–4 drop on the 31st on Netflix.
