The 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards dazzled and wowed viewers late last night.
With so many dramas and shows anticipated to take home the gold, the awards ceremony boasted beloved stars as presenters and plenty of celebratory performers. Artists including Go Yoon Jung, Kwaktube, Kim Hannah, Park Bo Young, Park Ji Hyun, Shin Dong Yup, Ahn Eun Jin, Ahn Jae Hong, and Yim Si Wan were among the many who presented awards and humor in various categories.
The award ceremony was a success as many fan favorites took home the crown, but a variety of other notable stars left empty-handed, which left some viewers baffled. Squid Game star player and beloved Front Man Lee Byung Hun shone with his presence on-screen but failed to snatch a victory for his performance. Can fans blame the complex ending of season three for this?
IU’s performance in When Life Gives You Tangerines earned her the top spot, furthering her credibility as a veteran actress, as well as taking home the Grand Prize. Ju Ji Hoon was up against some fierce and notable competition, but was victorious in taking home the gold for his emotionally stimulating character in The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.
