V has publicly shown support for a former military peer who recently shared stories from their time serving together.
The content creator recently uploaded a series of videos recalling memories from their time at an army recruit training center. The videos covered topics such as attending church with V on Christmas, popular games among recruits and the process of becoming an elite trainee. The content quickly gained attention online.
V himself joined the conversation by leaving a comment on one of the videos. “It’s been a while. Your memory is really impressive,” he wrote, delighting fans.
However, as more videos were uploaded, some fans expressed concern about private stories from V’s military service being shared publicly. The creator later addressed the reactions, saying the attention had grown far beyond expectations after V’s comment.
“Many people viewed it positively, but there were also concerned reactions,” the creator wrote. “I made the videos because I wanted to show that V is a good person.”
The creator then announced plans to stop uploading additional content. V responded with a lighthearted comment of his own. “Why? Share more. I think it’s fun. Honestly, I don’t even remember much,” he wrote.
The creator replied, “That makes me feel much more at ease. I’ll continue.”
As the discussion continued online, V shared a longer message on June 3rd to clarify his thoughts.
“I really enjoyed the videos,” V wrote. “Some people appreciate the effort you put into them, while others have concerns.”
He encouraged the creator not to be discouraged by every reaction. “Even when something is done with good intentions, people can interpret it differently. I hope you don’t let every comment weigh on your mind,” he said.
At the same time, V acknowledged why some fans were concerned. “Because the videos were uploaded in short clips, people may have misunderstood certain things. I think there are definitely parts that could be taken the wrong way,” he admitted.
V also looked back fondly on their time in the military. “You were the ace of our platoon,” he wrote. “My military service with you remains a truly happy memory.”
He added, “People who weren’t there may find it difficult to fully understand the emotions and atmosphere we experienced at the time.”
V ended the message with his trademark sense of humor. “I’m leaving this comment, even though it’s a hassle, because I’m worried you might be stressed and doing bench presses because of all these reactions,” he joked. “I always support you. I don’t remember what your dream was, but your physique is great, so I’m assuming you wanted to be a bodybuilder. Fighting!”
V enlisted in December 2023 and served in the Special Duty Team of the Army’s Military Police under the 2nd Corps. He is scheduled to be discharged in June 2025.
