Lee Na Young shared that her husband, Won Bin, still has a strong passion for acting and appreciates the public’s interest in him.
She sat down for an interview about her role in ENA’s drama Honour at a café in Seoul on March 11th.
Lee Na Young expressed relief, saying, “I’m relieved that I finished the project without any issues. Even though it’s a thriller and could have been intense, I’m really grateful for the positive feedback. It was more than I expected.”
She also mentioned that Won Bin enjoyed watching the drama. “Won Bin watched it too. I didn’t tell him anything about the plot, so he kept asking, ‘Is this what happens next?’ He’d try to guess, but I never gave him the answer,” she laughed. “I thought, if the viewers are this curious, the drama must be doing great.”
Their son, born in 2015, couldn’t watch the drama because it’s rated 15 in Korea. “He wanted to watch it, but he couldn’t,” Lee Na Young explained. “He finds it interesting to see his mom acting, but since he only watches cartoons, he doesn’t really understand it yet. He always asks if things are real.”
Unlike Lee Na Young, Won Bin has taken a long break from acting. Lee Na Young said, “He has a strong passion for acting and is truly grateful for the continued interest people show in him.”
