Park Min Young shared some funny behind-the-scenes stories about her kissing scene with Wi Ha Jun.
The cast of the hit drama Siren’s Kiss, Park Min Young, Wi Ha Jun, and Kim Jung Hyun, recently sat down for ZO ZAZZ’s YouTube channel to spill some major behind-the-scenes tea. During the March 4th interview, the trio opened up about their off-screen chemistry and shared some hilarious stories from the set that fans won’t want to miss.
When asked about the role, Wi Ha Jun said, “I don’t normally read scripts in detail, but I finished this one quickly. It was such a charming role.” Park Min Young added, “He fits it perfectly and does action scenes really well.”
The conversation moved to romance scenes. Park Min Young joked, “Wi Ha Jun said he hasn’t done many romance roles. This was only his second or third kissing scene. I joked with him, ‘You’re basically a rookie at this!’”
But once filming started, things got real. Park Min Young laughed, “As soon as the cameras rolled, he basically devoured my lips! I was supposed to look flustered, and I really was. How can someone do that on their third try? I’d call it ‘suction’ at this point.”
When asked if he studied kissing on YouTube, she added, “Ha Jun has full lips and a big mouth. My lips felt instantly sucked into his cheeks. You’ll see when you watch. It was intense!”
