
Kim Tae Hee has reportedly sold her luxury apartment in Hannam-dong for 12.8 billion won ($9 million), making a profit of 8.5 billion won ($6 million) after seven years.
Hankyung TV reported on February 24th that Kim Tae Hee sold a 233 square meter unit in Hannam The Hill in Seoul for approximately 12.8 billion won in November of last year.
Reports indicate that Kim Tae Hee initially purchased the property in August 2018 for 4.23 billion won ($3 million) in cash. She then sold it in November of last year for 12.8 billion won. The new buyer is identified as Gu Ja Kwan, CEO of Samkoo I&C. This transaction marks a profit of approximately 8.5 billion won for Kim Tae Hee over seven years.
Hannam The Hill is an ultra-luxury residential complex developed in 2011 on the former Dankook University site in Hannam-dong, comprising 32 buildings and 600 units. It is known to be home to many celebrities, including BTS members RM and Jimin and So Ji Sub. The complex is considered a leading residential area in Yongsan-gu’s real estate market.
