Jennie is making ComplexCon history.
The BLACKPINK star has been confirmed as a headliner for ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026, becoming the first global female solo artist to top the bill at any ComplexCon event worldwide.
The two-day festival will take place March 21st-22nd at AsiaWorld-Expo. Hip-hop artist Yeat will headline Saturday, with Jennie closing the festival on Sunday. The performance also marks Jennie’s first solo concert in Hong Kong and Yeat’s first-ever show in Asia.
“Jennie represents a new standard for global solo artists, with a creative vision that resonates far beyond music,” said Bonnie Chan Woo, CEO and Founder of Complex China and ComplexCon Hong Kong. “Her appearance marks her first solo performance in Hong Kong and her debut as a headliner at an Asian festival.”
Since launching in 2016, ComplexCon has expanded from Long Beach to Las Vegas and Hong Kong, hosting headliners such as Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator, Metro Boomin, Quavo, 21 Savage, and NewJeans.
Jennie’s booking reflects the growing influence of female artists in shaping global pop culture, particularly across Asian markets.
As a member of BLACKPINK, one of the world’s best-selling K-pop groups, Jennie has built a powerhouse career across music, fashion, and entertainment. She is also a global ambassador for Chanel and has released solo hits including “SOLO,” along with high-profile collaborations with artists such as The Weeknd and Dua Lipa.
The ComplexCon stage marks another key moment in Jennie’s evolution as a solo artist, aligning with the festival’s mix of music, streetwear, and youth culture. Additional artist announcements for ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 will be revealed in the coming months.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently wrapping up the final leg of its third world tour, recently selling out three nights at Tokyo Dome to a combined audience of approximately 165,000 fans.
