Netflix has officially greenlit its new original fantasy series Grand Galaxy Hotel, unveiling an all-star lineup led by Lee Do Hyun, Shin Sia, Lee Soo Hyuk and Lee Su Hyun.
The series takes place at the “Grand Galaxy Hotel,” a luxury establishment that caters exclusively to souls seeking solace in the afterlife. The story begins when the hotel’s mysterious CEO suddenly disappears, setting off a chain of supernatural events that unfold across realms of the living and the dead.
The drama brings together one of K-drama’s most beloved creative duos — the Hong Sisters, best known for My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho, Master’s Sun, and Alchemy of Souls, alongside director Oh Choong Hwan, celebrated for While You Were Sleeping, Start-Up, Castaway Diva, and the Netflix series Melo Movie. Their reunion — the first since Hotel Del Luna — has already stirred major anticipation among fans of Korean fantasy dramas.

Lee Do Hyun (Sweet Home, The Glory, Exhuma) will play Eun Ha, the newly appointed CEO of the Grand Galaxy Hotel. A man with a mysterious past and a cold exterior, Eun Ha steps in after the former CEO vanishes without a trace.
Shin Sia (The Witch: Part 2, Resident Playbook) takes on the role of Sang Soon, the hotel’s only human staff member and its fearless general manager. Known for her sharp professionalism and surprising rapport with spirits, Sang Soon is expected to charm viewers with her bold, unconventional energy.
Lee Soo Hyuk (Doom at Your Service, Queen Woo, S-Line) transforms into free-spirited Baek Gi, a reaper who “cleanses” the remnants of evil spirits. Lastly, Lee Su Hyun (Family Matters) will portray Seok San, a mysterious woman radiating both beauty and menace.
With its dazzling cast, emotionally rich premise, and the creative reunion of the Hotel Del Luna team, Grand Galaxy Hotel promises to be Netflix’s next major Korean fantasy sensation — blending heart, mystery, and the supernatural in grand style.
