Junho shared his thoughts on his upcoming drama, which follows Bon Appétit, Your Majesty.

A production presentation for tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama Typhoon Family was held at The Link Hotel Seoul on October 1st. Junho and Kim Min Ha attended the event alongside director Lee Na Jeong.

Typhoon Family is a coming-of-age story about a rookie businessman who unexpectedly becomes the president of a trading company—with no employees, no money, and nothing to sell—amid the 1997 IMF crisis.

The drama will air as the follow-up to Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, starring Yoona and Lee Chae Min, which recently wrapped up after achieving great success. The series enjoyed both strong viewership and online buzz, peaking at a 17.1% rating. Junho previously starred opposite Yoona in King the Land, where the two showcased memorable chemistry.

Junho shared, “The King the Land cast still keeps a group chat. Yoona and I exchanged messages, saying Bon Appétit, Your Majesty was fun and congratulating its success.” He added, “Since Bon Appétit, Your Majesty achieved global success, I believe there will be high expectations for our drama as its successor. It feels like we’ve received good energy.”

Typhoon Family is set to premiere on October 11th at 9:10 PM
