YoonA and Ahn Bo Hyun are set to appear together on JTBC’s Please Take Care of My Refrigerator on July 21st, according to an exclusive report from OSEN on July 4th.
The actors will reveal the contents of their actual home refrigerators, giving viewers a rare glimpse into their personal eating habits.
The joint appearance is part of their promotional push for the upcoming film Pretty Crazy, a dark comedy premiering this August. The two stars are expected to make several variety show appearances ahead of the film’s release, including an episode of tvN’s popular show Amazing Saturday. They’ll also be active on the promo circuit with stage greetings, movie premieres and interviews.
Pretty Crazy follows Gil Gu (played by Ahn Bo Hyun), a struggling young man who takes an unusual job watching over Seon Ji (YoonA), a woman who turns into an evil every dawn. The film is directed by Lee Sang Geun, who made his mark with the 2019 box office hit Exit, which drew over 9.4 million moviegoers and became one of Korea’s most successful summer films.
This marks a long-awaited reunion between Lee Sang Geun and YoonA, who starred in Exit, alongside the addition of Ahn Bo Hyun. The movie is produced by Filmmaker R&K and distributed by CJ ENM, the same production team behind Exit, Escape from Mogadishu and Smugglers. Following last year’s I, the Executioner, also known as Veteran 2, the studio continues its streak of summer hits.
