Netflix has officially announced that the film Wall to Wall will premiere on July 18th and released a teaser poster and trailer ahead of its global launch.
Wall to Wall is an unpredictable thriller that follows Woo Sung (played by Kang Ha Neul), a man who has finally achieved his dream of owning a home through extreme financial stretching, only to be tormented by mysterious noises from his upstairs neighbors.
The teaser trailer grabs attention with the cheerful song over a congratulatory narration: “Congratulations on your new home!” Woosung, who has poured everything he has—mortgage loans, retirement funds, one-room deposit, even his mother’s garlic field—into buying an apartment, is initially thrilled about his new life as a homeowner. But the joy quickly fades as he begins to hear strange and unidentifiable noises at night.
His peaceful days are soon disrupted by the grating sounds that torment him daily. Adding to the tension are his suspicious neighbors: Eunhwa (Yeom Hye Ran), the cynical head of the residents’ committee who warns, “We absolutely can’t have any noise complaints,” and Jinho (Seo Hyun Woo), the intimidating upstairs neighbor who asks ominously, “Mind if I take a look inside?” As these suspicious characters emerge, the escalating noise conflict in the apartment complex raises questions about what’s really going on behind closed doors.
The trailer ends with a chilling line: “Did you hear about the murder in the next apartment complex?”—leaving viewers with goosebumps and heightening anticipation for a gripping, tension-filled thriller that is sure to captivate global audiences.
