Disney Plus has officially announced the global release of its original series Delusion in 2026, starring Suzy and Kim Seon Ho.
Set in 1935 Gyeongseong, the story follows a painter named Yoon Yi Ho (Kim Seon Ho), who is commissioned to paint the portrait of a mysterious woman, Song Jung Hwa (Suzy). As he begins his work, he finds himself drawn into the secrets surrounding her.
Delusion marks the second series project from director Han Jae Rim, known for films like The Face Reader, The King and Emergency Declaration. Suzy and Kim Seon Ho, who previously impressed audiences in Anna and The Tyrant, reunite for this psychological drama. Disney+ expressed confidence that their chemistry and the show’s intriguing narrative will captivate viewers around the world.

Suzy plays Song Jung Hwa, the reclusive owner of the Nammoon Hotel. Having remained out of the public eye for over 50 years, she’s become the subject of countless rumors and mysteries.
Kim Seon Ho takes on the role of Yi Ho, an artist who becomes increasingly obsessed with capturing Jung Hwa’s true self. As he finds himself trapped in a hotel full of secrets, his fear and confusion slowly give way to a haunting fascination with her, hinting at a bold new transformation in Kim Seon Ho’s acting career.
