aespa and Lee Seung Yoon emerged as the biggest winners at the 22nd Korean Music Awards, each taking home three trophies at the prestigious ceremony held in Seongdong-gu, Seoul on February 27th.

aespa claimed Song of the Year for their hit “Supernova,” completing their trio of wins with Best K-pop Album for their first full-length release Armageddon and Best K-pop Song, also for “Supernova.”

During their acceptance speech for Song of the Year, aespa expressed their gratitude: “We previously won an award for ‘Next Level,’ and we’re extremely honored to receive another award after three years. We’ll continue to work hard this year to repay the love that so many people have shown us, so please keep supporting us.”

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Yoon matched aespa’s achievement with three awards of his own: Musician of the Year, Best Rock Song for “Anthems of Defiance,” and Best Modern Rock Song for “Waterfall.”
