Suho is set to captivate audiences in MBN’s new drama The Crown Prince Disappeared (working title), a romantic comedy set in the Joseon era. In the drama, Suho plays the lead role of Lee Gun, where the story unfolds with the crown prince being kidnapped by the woman destined to become his crown princess.
Having expanded his acting repertoire with a variety of characters, Suho takes on his first historical drama with The Crown Prince Disappeared.
In the past year, Suho has engaged audiences in different genres, from the musical Mozart to JTBC’s Behind Your Touch and tvN’s Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun. His role as the mysterious and handsome convenience store worker Kim Sun Woo in Behind Your Touch heightened the suspense of the series as a key figure.
The Crown Prince Disappeared, starring Suho, is directed by Kim Jin Man, known for The Greatest Love, Kill Me, Heal Me, and The Rebel. The script is penned by Bossam: Steal the Fate writers Kim Ji Soo and Park Cheol. The drama is scheduled to air in the first half of 2024.
