Kim Dong Wook got married to Stella, a former SM Entertainment trainee who almost became a member of Girls’ Generation.
The private wedding was held on December 22nd with star-studded guests like Jung Woo Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Shin Ha Kyun, and Yoo Hae Jin. Adding a touch of glamour to the event, Stella’s best friend, Soo Young from Girls’ Generation, graced the event.
Stella Kim used to train under SM Entertainment and almost became a member of Girls’ Generation. Originally from the U.S., she had to go back home because her parents didn’t agree with her joining the entertainment scene. Now, she works as a marketer, splitting her time between the U.S. and Seoul.
On their wedding day, Sooyoung posted a picture on her social media and cheered Stella on, saying, “It was even more beautiful than I imagined! Seriously, are you like a queen or something? May all the blessings be coming your way today!
Also, Kim Dong Wook will be in an upcoming SBS drama next year. It’s a comedy crime-solving show about the country’s lowest-ranking violent crimes unit meeting a highly skilled team leader to become the nation’s top team. This is Kim Dong Wook’s first comedy in five years.
