Recently, Kim So Yeon perfectly portrayed the striking character Ryu Hong Ju in tvN’s Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938 which concluded last month.
In the interview that followed the photoshoot, Kim expressed her sentiments, saying, “It’s a 12-episode drama, so it feels like we’re parting too quickly compared to the time we spent preparing and shooting. I feel bittersweet.” She added, “I’m not afraid of challenges anymore as I’ve experienced satisfaction and have no regrets that come after enduring the intense process.”
When asked about the “real Kim So Yeon” that she hasn’t really shown yet, she responded, “I want to exist as the character I’m playing. So, even if it’s only for the time the show is airing, I’d like it if Kim So Yeon is forgotten and only the character remains.”
