SBS’s Dr.Romantic Season 3 concluded with its highest viewership rating of 16.8 percent.
In the final episode, Kim Sa Bu (played by Han Suk Kyu) and the Dol Dam Hospital family regained their ordinary daily lives.
Park Eun Tak (Kim Min Jae) and Yoon Ah Reum (So Joo Yeon) confessed their feelings for each other and shared a kiss of love. Seo Woo Jin (Ahn Hyo Seop) proposed to Cha Eun Jae (Lee Sung Kyung) by giving her a ring. The epilogue raised expectations for Season 4 as it showed the back view of Yoon Seo Jung (Seo Hyun Jin) returning to Dol Dam Hospital.
