In episode 6, the show depicted the journey of surgical resident Cha Jung Sook (played by Uhm Jung Hwa), who grows into a professional doctor despite her husband Seo In Ho’s (Kim Byung Chul) interruptions and disrespect. Viewers were pleased to see her striving to become the doctor of her dreams despite the challenges.

The show depicted the hardships of Kim Sa Bu as he struggled to balance his duty as a doctor and the harsh reality of having to give up his patients for political reasons.
