Winner member Mino will begin his mandatory military service as a social service worker.
On March 2nd, Song Mino’s agency YG Entertainment reported that he will enter the military training center on March 24 to receive basic military training and serve as a social service worker as an alternative to active duty. The singer has had health problems in the past, such as a cervical disc.
YG Entertainment stated, “There will be no on-site events to prevent any accidents from occurring. Please send your warm encouragements so that Song Min Ho can return healthy after fulfilling his mandatory duties.”
Mino is the third member of WINNER to enlist after Kim Jin Woo and Lee Seung Hoon, who have both finished their military service. Kang Seung Yoon, the leader and the youngest member of the group, is also expected to begin his military service soon.
