With the rising popularity of tvN’s Crash Course in Romance, the drama’s filming locations are getting crowded with people.
The aesthetic vibe the filming sites give off played a big part in captivating viewers’ eyes as Choi Chi Yeol (played by Jung Kyung Ho) and Nam Haeng Sun (Jeon Do Yeon) began to grow feelings for each other in the beautiful neighborhood of Cheongju.
Out of all locations, Nam Haeng Sun’s “home-style cooking store” became the most popular filming site. The store was created for the drama in the beautiful alleys of Uncheon-dong, and more fans are now flocking to the site, making it the hottest place in the city.
However, the production team is currently considering what to do with the store as they have initially built it for the drama. Reports say that nearby residents want to use the venue as a tourist spot to vitalize their business district.
Another trending area is the love-blooming campsite. Located in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province, the “Polarday Campsite” is where Chi Yeol and Haeng Sun met and spent romantic time in the show.
People can enjoy their time off in the large grass square and even go fishing at the campsite. In the drama, the two protagonists were seen enjoying the sunset while listening to KONA’s “Our Night Is More Beautiful Than Your Day.”
