The wealth of Kara’s Han Seung Yeon has been revealed and surprised everyone.
The February 16th broadcast of KBS’s Entertainment Company Live shared the list of the stars who have invested much in real estate.
Kara’s Han Seung Yeon landed at No.3 on the list. Once known as a hard-working idol, she successfully debuted as a member of Kara in Japan through their 2008 album Honey and the 2009 hit song called “Mr”.
After making a huge splash on the music scene, the singer bought a building in Cheongdam-dong for $3.46 million in 2014 and reconstructed it later. A real estate agent reported, “The property she acquired has an estimated market price of $11.56 million. Its monthly rent today is expected to be $15,402.”
Han Seung Yeon also owns another building, which is reported to be a detached house, in Samseong-dong. Reports say that she is currently living in the newly built house. The real estate agent said, “The property seems to be priced at around $12.32 million. It is a good place to reside as it is located in one of the affluent areas in Seoul.”
