Brave Girls has officially disbanded.

On the 16th, Brave Entertainment officially announced, “The exclusive contract of our four artists Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna ends today. Brave Girls will officially complete their activities with the digital single Goodbye.”

The decision came after long discussions. “The Brave Girls members and the company have decided to go on our separate ways,” the label continued. “Now each of them will repay the fans’ love in their new places.”

Having remained out of the spotlight for the first 10 years of its career, Brave Girls rose to stardom when their 2017 single “Rollin” became a viral success in 2021. The group then became an icon of late-blooming artists, making history in the K-pop industry.

Brave Entertainment conveyed their gratitude for the girls and the fans, “Starting from ‘the late-blooming icon,’ Brave Girls quickly became a K-pop girl group showing unrivaled performance in the music charts. We know very well that Brave Girls’ journey didn’t just end with a ‘miracle’ and became a ‘legend’ thanks to the members and fans. We will remember that forever.”
