Lee Myung Woo of Coupang Play Series One Ordinary Day took home Best Direction at the 27th Asian Television Awards held in Manila.
This is the first time a Korean director has ever scored a win at the award ceremony.
One Ordinary Day is an 8-part series about an ordinary college student named Kim Hyun Soo who becomes a murder suspect overnight. He meets third-rate lawyer Shin Joong Han who reaches out to help him while never asking him the truth about what happened that night.
