Amid the never-ending muscle party, Kim Ji Hoon succeeds in doing 10 muscle-ups, which he failed to do last year, after four months of constant training. After tasting the taste of success, the actor “explodes” his passion, going for a horizontal bar exercise that almost looks like a circus.
The exercise he challenges is the front lever, performed by lowering from an inverted hang until the body is completely horizontal and straight with the front of the body facing upwards.
