The wedding expenses of Yoon Kye Sang and Cha Hye Young have been revealed.
KBS’s Entertainment Weekly covered Yoon Kye Sang’s wedding in its episode aired on the 16th. The actor married Cha Hye Young, his fiancee five years younger than him, on the 9th. Cha Hye Young is the CEO of a beauty brand, and the two started dating in late 2020 after getting introduced to each other by a mutual friend.
The wedding showed off a stellar guest lineup – Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Sang Yeob, On Joo Wan, Kim Dong Wook, and more. And of course, Don Lee (Ma Dong Seok), who starred in the hit movie The Outlaw with Yoon Kye Sang, attended the event. Additionally, Yoon Kye Sang’s best friend Jung Yu Mi and his fellow god members sang on this blessed day.
In this episode, wedding planner Jo Yoon Ah estimated the cost of this wedding. The venue the couple chose was Shilla Hotel, the place where many top stars like Jang Dong Gun–Ko So Young, Jun Ji Hyun, Lee Jung Hyun, and Hwang Jung Eum got married in.
“The venue where Yoon Kye Sang got married costs about three times more than other venues,” Jo explained. “Meals are also very expensive, ranging from 100,000 KRW (about $78) to 200,000 KRW (about $156). Also, flower decorations start at 22 million KRW (about $17,152), but usually, couples invest about three times that amount. So I estimate their wedding expenses to be at least 100 million KRW (about $77,960).”
