Junho amped up the viewers’ anticipation by mentioning his upcoming rom-com series King The Land (literal title) on his YouTube channel.
On May 12th, the actor uploaded a video titled Let’s Be Chatty During the Ride on his YouTube channel. The video features him driving his car and enjoying his hobby of taking pictures. He also shared what it was like receiving the prize at the Korea PD Awards and how excited he is for his upcoming drama King The Land.
The idol-turned-actor commented, “It was such an honor to receive the Best Actor award at Korea PD Awards. I was thrilled. I could feel the love and support from the cast and crew, and it �paid off for all the hard �work. So, I was extremely thankful for such love and recognition.”
The celebrity then talked about his upcoming drama, King The Land. It is a rom-com drama that revolves around Goo Won, an heir who can’t stand fake smiles, and Chun Sa Rang, who always has to put on a big, bright smile due to the nature of her profession. As the romance between the two unfolds, they find themselves in genuine joy.
Junho will be starring opposite YoonA as Go Won, who has been thrown into an inheritance war over the King Group that owns hotel chains, an airline, and distribution companies. �The filming will begin in this fall.
The male star said, “I am so excited to show a different side of me through the new role. I will put my heart and soul into the upcoming work, so that the drama gets well-received.” His remark made viewers anticipate how he would flawlessly portray his new character again, following his latest yet unforgettable character, King Jeongjo.
