APRIL (Yoon Chae Kyung, Kim Chae Won, Lee Na Eun, Yang Ye Na, Rachel, Lee Jin Sol) has officially disbanded.
On January 28th, DSP Media announced APRIL’s disbandment through a written announcement.
The agency stated, “We are informing you that APRIL has disbanded. After much deliberation, our agency and the APRIL members decided to disband the group and go their separate ways.”
DSP Media also asked for support and attention towards the six members who will be embarking on new journeys. They concluded the statement by giving thanks to the fans who supported the group for the past six years.
APRIL made their debut on August 24th, 2015, and were much-loved for their fresh image and bright songs. However, the group’s activities have been put on hold as they got swept up in rumors of bullying a former member.
