Seohyun will show a whole new side of herself through the upcoming Netflix movie ‘Love and Leashes’.
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, Love and Leashes illustrates the romance between a man with a special sexual fetish and a woman who happens to come across his secret. Seohyun plays Jung Ji Woo, a capable member of the PR team who seems cold on the outside but is actually warm on the inside.
The released photos capture the images of a confident career woman. Wearing a simple yet sophisticated office attire, she exudes the charms of a woman who can say what’s on her mind.
After a “secret delivery” to Ji Hoo (Lee Jun Young), the perfect man all the female employees are after, is mistakenly delivered to Ji Woo, she grows more interested in him. So with her excellent learning ability, she studies Ji Hoo’s taste. When Ji Hoo asks her to be his master, Ji Woo shows the thoroughness of writing a contract.
Starting their special relationship, they accept each other as they are and discover their tastes and feelings. The romance of Love and Leashes will take the rom-com genre one step further, completing a movie that turns “different” into “special.”
Seohyun introduced Love and Leashes as “a movie that pleasantly depicts love without prejudice.” The actress continued, “I tried to realistically express the complex emotions and inner feelings I felt while mulling over the gap between reality and ideals.”
Meanwhile, Love and Leashes comes from Like For Likes and 6 Years in Love director Park Hyun Jin. It’ll be released on February 11th, three days before Valentine’s Day.
