Will Lee Yeon Hee meet Lee Jin Wook in the new romance drama?
According to OSEN, Lee Yeon Hee was cast to star opposite Lee Jin Wook in the new Kakao TV series Marriage White Paper (literal title). To which the actress’s agency VAST Entertainment responded that she’s positively reviewing the offer she received.
Marriage White Paper tells the realistic romance of a couple in their 30s as they experience the ups and downs of preparing for marriage. If she joins the project, she’ll play Kim Na Eun, a bride-to-be, and star opposite Lee Jin Wook, who’s in talks to star as the male lead, Seo Joon Hyung.
Not long ago, Lee Yeon Hee had parted ways with SM Entertainment, the company she’d been with for 19 years, and settled in the new agency VAST Entertainment. Since then, she starred in the play King Lear and showed mature performances.
Meanwhile, Marriage White Paper will start filming early next year and will air simultaneously on Kakao TV and other OTT platforms.
