Gong Myung will enlist in the military.
On Tuesday, Saram Entertainment announced that Gong Myung would enlist as an active-duty soldier next month. The following is the company’s official statement.
“Hello, this is Saram Entertainment.
Our company’s actor Gong Myung will enlist in the army on December 14th.
We ask for your warm support for Gong Myung, who will return after faithfully fulfilling his military duty as a citizen of the Republic of Korea.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the location and time of his enlistment will be kept private. We ask for your understanding.

Meanwhile, Gong Myung made his debut in the 2013 web drama After School: Lucky or Not as a member of the five-member actor group 5urprise. Recently, he rose to stardom by playing the second lead in the SBS hit series Lovers of the Red Sky.
