Park Hae Joon joined JTBC’s new series, I Haven’t Done My Best, as the main character. It will be his first time playing a sole leading role.

I Haven’t Done My Best is about the male breadwinner of a family in his 40s. And the story begins as he bravely decides to take an unusual path.

The series is an adaptation of a Japanese comic book of the same title. Moreover, Yuna’s Street director Im Tae Woo, The Third Charm screenwriter Park Eun Young, and Park Hee Kwon will produce the series.

Park Hae Joon will be returning to television a year after JTBC’s The World of the Married. He will be playing the character Nam Keum Pill. In other words, he is a man in his 40s who quit his job and became unemployed to pursue his dream of being a comic book writer. Soon, he learns that his neighbor, who Keum Pill thought was living a similar life to his, was a comic book writer pulling down six figures. Then, he decides to become a comic book writer.

The officials shared, “Park Hae Joon will be playing a comedic role for the first time. In a society where people are forced to do their best, a man who has never put his best effort is about to do so with great courage. We hope people look forward to watching his journey.”
