Kim Jae Hwan held an online press conference on the 7th for his third mini-album Change. At the meeting, a reporter asked him how he felt returning to the stage with those in Wanna One, including Kang Daniel, Yoon Ji Sung, AB6IX’s Daehwi, and NU’EST’s Minhyun.
“It’s great,” he said, “we’ll be able to see each other at music programs in a while.” He jokingly added, “Jisung called me earlier and encouraged me to do well today. I think he wanted me to talk about him like I am doing right now.”
Meanwhile, Kim Jae Hwan released his third mini-album Change in about a year and four months. He took the first step toward the change in his musical style in pursuit of maturity and growth. He actively participated in the album by writing and composing seven tracks, including the title song.
The new album has a total of 8 songs, such as the title track “I Wouldn’t Look for You,” “Pray,” and “Blue Moon.” It contains various genres and sounds, ranging from British Pop, Latin Pop, Ballad, to Dance.
Amongst them, “I Wouldn’t Look For You” is a Latin Pop with K-pop elements in it. Kim Jae Hwan demonstrates his new and improved side as an artist with delicate emotional expressions and breathtaking singing skills. His latest album Change is available on various music platforms.
