Wonho is returning with a new album.
Highline Entertainment will release part 2 of Wonho’s first mini-album Love Synonym #2: Right for Us on Friday. It has been five months since his debut album Love Synonym #1: Right for Me was released last year. As the artist has amped up the comeback fever with various promotional content, fans’ anticipations for the album are already through the roof.
Today, the label revealed the three key points that will let you enjoy the upcoming album even more.
Point 1. Extension of ‘Love Synonym’
This album is the new album for the “Love Synonym” series following his first mini-album Love Synonym #1: Right for Me that gave a new definition of love. If the previous album signaled his solo debut, � this coming album implies the meaning of “us” and captures Wonho’s infinite charm. Wonho, who received rave reviews for his unique performance, vocal skills, and production skills with his debut album, is expected to once again unfold his unique music world through part 2.
Point 2. ‘Global Artist’ that the World Pays Attention To
Wonho, who debuted with his first mini-album Love Synonym #1: Right for Me in September last year, topped the iTunes World Wide Album Chart, entered the Top 30 of iTunes K-pop Charts, and ranked 4th on Billboard Digital Song Chart while entering a total of 6 Billboard charts, proving his global influence. Plus, the artist drew keen attention from major foreign media outlets, including the famous U.S. magazine Teen Vogue, the British digital magazine Dazed, Hong Kong’s leading daily newspaper South China Morning Post (SCMP), and the Philippine local media Manila Bulletin. As Wonho was listed in Forbes’ choice of “The K-Pop Solo Stars Who Could Break In America In 2021,” he will paint the global K-pop market with his own color that has never been seen before.
